Aerial and Yoga Retreats

The Elevate Retreat concept has been specifically designed by your teachers to create a well-rounded, holistic experience, cultivating a sense of unity and harmony through the use of complementary modalities of floor and aerial-based practice.

Led by experienced instructors Renae Stevens, Carly Ponter, and Lauren Mason who join in collaboration to create a balanced, fun, and unforgettable retreat for everyone from beginners to seasoned yogis and aerialists.

Set in the tranquil rainforest surroundings of Mount Tamborine these retreats invite you to spend your days enjoying specialty yoga, aerial hammock, and creative arts-based practices. The retreat is hosted at the architecturally designed North Stores, an environmentally sustainable food, art, and nature precinct in the heart of Tamborine Mountain.

The name Tamborine has roots in the Yugambeh language of the traditional people who inhabited the region for tens of thousands of years. It means ‘wild lime’ and refers to the native finger limes that were enjoyed as a refreshing treat. Tamborine now is a hub of creativity with galleries, wineries and rainforest walks to explore.

Elevate Retreats support you to find grounding in yourself and to find your wings to fly! Your days will unfold with opportunities to connect to nature, the joy of movement, and deep relaxation. We weave experiences of floor yoga, elevated creative aerial dance, therapeutic aerial applications, and creativity-based meditation practices. Each person is attentively cared for and nurtured in their individual process as we invite progressive pathways to safely exploring movement, connection, and play!
