Flying Funday!

This is a great school holiday activity for kids where they can meet friends, fly and have creative fun!
The sessions incorporate creative experiences, games, and a vestibular smorgasbord of aerial applications of jumping, tugging, pushing, pulling, swinging, spinning, flipping, and relaxation in cocooning! Sessions are approx 50 min duration and are developmentally designed into these age groups:

2:15 pm Butterflies 6-7 yrs

3:30 pm Flying Foxes 8-10 yrs

Combining movements from dance, gymnastics, and acrobatics; these classes are created and run by our resident teacher trainer, Yoga & Aerial Hammock teacher – Renae Stevens!

Provide your child with an outlet for physical creativity in a unique and fun environment. All sizes – All skill levels – Boys and Girls. No background in dance or movement arts is required

Join our Buff Bones™ course, a medically-endorsed exercise system designed to improve bone and joint health, especially for individuals managing osteoporosis. This targeted program combines floor-based Pilates, functional movement, body-weight and hand-weight exercises, and balance training to build strength, enhance posture, and reduce the risk of falls.

Our unique approach also integrates gentle aerial hammock decompression techniques to promote spinal alignment and release tension, adding a soothing dimension to the practice. Gain confidence and enjoy a safe, supportive environment tailored to your needs.

Healthy Mums 4-Week Course

In an supportive small group, learn the biomechanics of your pelvis and discover its power! The function of the pelvis for a mother has a profound influence on pelvic floor, hip and low-back health. The Pelvis, playing a central role in our skeletal balance, affects all structures above and below and is, therefore, fundamental to healthy movement in general, and specifically during pregnancy, birth and child-rearing! In this course, you will be invited to embody the function of the pelvis and explore progressive control and conditioning, along with traction and assisted mobilisation specific for healthy hips in the aerial hammock! Each class begins and ends with mindfulness strategies to ground your nervous system and promote well-being. You will have so much fun you won't even realise you're working out!
