In an supportive small group, learn the biomechanics of your pelvis and discover its power! The function of the pelvis for a mother has a profound influence on pelvic floor, hip and low-back health. The Pelvis, playing a central role in our skeletal balance, affects all structures above and below and is, therefore, fundamental to healthy movement in general, and specifically during pregnancy, birth and child-rearing! In this course, you will be invited to embody the function of the pelvis and explore progressive control and conditioning, along with traction and assisted mobilisation specific for healthy hips in the aerial hammock! Each class begins and ends with mindfulness strategies to ground your nervous system and promote well-being. You will have so much fun you won't even realise you're working out!
