The Self-Study and Mentoring Package is a wonderful way to start your personal journey in Aerial Hammock technique. Those who complete this can upgrade to become a fully certified Aerial Essentials Level One instructor at a later date.
This package is designed to allow you to a self-pace learning journey using the learning resources provided in workbook, manual and video format. One-on-One Mentorship is also provided with Renae to support the refinement of your technical skill and ability to tailor your practice to your personal needs.
Mentoring can be delivered virtually or in-person and will help you to:
