Join our Buff Bones™ course, a medically-endorsed exercise system designed to improve bone and joint health, especially for individuals managing osteoporosis. This targeted program combines floor-based Pilates, functional movement, body-weight and hand-weight exercises, and balance training to build strength, enhance posture, and reduce the risk of falls.
Our unique approach also integrates gentle aerial hammock decompression techniques to promote spinal alignment and release tension, adding a soothing dimension to the practice. Gain confidence and enjoy a safe, supportive environment tailored to your needs.

Step into a world of creativity and mindful movement with our 8-week program designed for children aged 8-11. Each enriching session begins with a nurturing 15 minutes of warm-ups and interactive games using both floor exercises and aerial hammock activities, and transitions into a 30-minute non-competitive aerial movement practice, finishing with cocoon meditations to encourage a harmonious connection between mind and body. Crafted with care, our program promises an environment of safety, acknowledgment and empowerment for kids to build resilience and foster healthy relationships.
